Last week the rDialogue team attended CRMC in Chicago. There, we heard from many incredible speakers including Starbucks, Kimpton, Dunkin' Donuts and Virgin America. In addition to the usual topics—big data, loyalty, and technology—some of the most interesting conversations focused on Centennials, emotional loyalty, and brand culture.
